Forum members' repaints / Salzburg (LOWS) resident aircraft as at 2024 - for FS9
« Last post by mage on May 09, 2026, 11:27:30 PM »This is a package of repaints made while progressing my personal FS project of populating the sim - >FS9< (!) - with aircraft operating on 52-week flightplans. I don't intend repeating this for any other airports, in case you wonder!
When I got to Austria on my little quest, I saw many operators that are short on repaints and made a few that are based at Salzburg, a favorite airport of mine in the sim and in the real world. Then realized that they operated smaller aircraft as well, and then realized that there are also several flying clubs that were worth including because Charly Morten had created a few repaints for some of the fleets. If you're already painting a few tiddlers, there is no real strain to paint just a few more.
So the lighter end of the project was largely bootstrapped by Charly's head start.
The fleets involved are...
Flugring Salzburg
Luftsportverband Salzburg
Airlink Salzburg
Salzburg Jet Aviation
Osterreichischer Sportfliegerclub Salzburg
The Flying Bulls (bizjet fleet)
The Flying Bulls 2x historic aircraft fleet that uses other people's repaints
To install all of these you will need some esoteric freeware AI models as well as some payware.
The aircaft included here use these models

Mike Cronin Aeronca (it pretends to be an early Citabria - they are related)

Andras Neuman Diamond Katana (boots)
Andras Neuman Cherokee Arrow III (conventional tail)
