Yes, this was the first one delivered.  Several more have been delivered since.

The Global PK was never released publicly.  In fact, the only one left around today was made from scratch.  Not sure anyone in the hobby possesses the original PK anymore.

It is not available yet.  As far as I'm aware, David still plans to make this one for FS9.
