This Cessna Citation II, N631TS, is based in California and also visits airports in Arizona.
Plans included alongside the paint.
Please note that I use Jan's FDE for the Citation II, if you don't use these excellent modifications, you'll need to ensure that your sim entry matches the naming for the rest of your aircraft in your config.
