From Morten's recently released plans for numbered operators in the US.
Attached is a paint and flightplans for N55GV, a Gulfstream V which operates during this period between St. Louis Downtown Airport, Dallas Ft. Worth and Zurich.

I use Jan's FDE for the GV in my sim, so you may have to change the name to match your own. Compiled with AIFP, so no airport txt file is included in this package.
