Cessna 182 operated by the NW police in Germany. Lots of images show it at EDDL, but I think it is based at Dortmund, EDLW, if the scant tracking is any indication.
This was made in a single click by Morten's repainter, although I then had to add the tail flag as an "element".

The single-click method seems to add a registration above the starboard mainplane as well. I have modified the result to leave the registration beneath the port mainplane only.
