Owned by Flubag Flugbetriebs and therefore probably based at Luzern-Beromunster, LSZO, in Switzerland.
This is the livery the aircraft wore in 2019. Since then, it has gained a Flubag logo on the tail that One-Click Repaint obviously cannot recreate.
It goes on the HTAI Skyhawk II model without spats, or without "wheel pants" according to your preference.
