This aircraft used to be owned by Hansa Luftbild (see that repaint for color hints) but was passed on several years ago. It now operates under the USA flag of convenience from Kilrush in Eire, generally around the UK/Eire/Channel Islands area but with trips to Continental Europe.
Paint goes on the RG model.
