Ornge 2022
« on: October 30, 2021, 08:40:44 PM »
Here are 2022 Plans for Ornge.

Ornge provides high quality air ambulance service and medical transport to people who are critically ill or injured.    Their fleet of eight PC-12's primarily service northern Ontario, but also visit larger centres and hospitals in the south part of Ontario as well as Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Paints can be found inside Daren Belanger's Small Canadian Operators #4 -  here:  https://library.avsim.net/download.php?DLID=166229

The call-sign for Ornge is Pulse,

Enjoy!

There is also an acceptable AI model for the Agusta Westland AW139 that they presumably still operate. I have repainted one for STARS over in Winnipeg (although it is now retired from STARS) and it's tricky to repaint, but that part of the fleet has a model available.

The downside of helicopters is the pressure to create off-airport landing sites (easy) and airport overlays for airfield operations (considerably more difficult - but helicopters have slower approach speeds and are best separated from fixed-wing traffic).

I have a utility to create 52-week flightplans in my setup and could make annual plans for the Ornge fleet if required.
