A rudimentary version of the C172 C-GOTL that is based at Neuville CNV9. The tail livery can't be made from the template and has been left off. There is also some text just forward of the front windshield that can't be determined from the one image available.
So, it's just the side stripes and the registration, which at least has a drop shadow. Woo hoo.
