Morten, I have these plans from a couple years back as the planes made visits to a handful of Canadian and US airports.   

The only North American swing is Toronto and I think its well outside the range of the LJ35.    Could it be that the plans are missing another Canadian hopscotch stop?   
Last plans had visits to Gander and Goose Bay Newfoundland as well as Keflavik which I'm thinking helped with range involving European stops.   

American destinations were Fargo, Phoenix and Ft. Myers. 

Just trying to keep it as real as we can.
