A very basic rendering of the C172 OO-VCW that is operated by the Aeroclub Grimbergen out of Grimbergen-Lint airfield (EBGB). Their fleet all have large logos on the tail that are a big part of the livery, so those would need to be added to get these to look more realistic. This one should also have a large Skyhawk billboard text along the side beneath the wing, which the template won't let me create! It would be a good addition though, since it could also be resized to put onto the tailfin when necessary.

C172 VN-MVD operated by Rottnest Air Taxi from Jandakot (YPJT) in Western Australia. Main competitor? Bestest Air Taxi of course.

I'm sure they're very good really.

I had to extend and angle the ends of the fuselage stripes a little (by sleight of hand) to better fit the actual livery. It looks okay.

I saw this and had to make the "custard plane". It's a C172 operated by the Chilean Army. Unfortunately the symbol for the 5-pointed star comes out in the available fonts as an asterisk every time, despite the character I use being the correct one for an Arabic 5-point star.

I've no idea where these operate from in Chile. I probably won;t even install it. But it's there incase anyone is desperate for a placeholder livery.

C172 F-GVPT operated (possibly formerly) by Aero Club Paul Tissandier. It now seems to disappear from tracking somewhere near Dinan/Trevilan (LFEB) which leads me to believe that it might live there. It's my working assumption for now.

C172 HI847 operated privately out of Higuero (MDJB).

Many 172s with this factory livery will have the tail design placed forward, and others have it aft. If the tail design is too far back then any details there can't be used in this template. In this case the text Skyhawk SP has nowhere to go. I sometimes place this elsewhere on the tail, but with a very plain tailfin like this one, the misplaced text really stands out. Probably better to have it left off, sadly.

Either way, it's another localized aircraft for the Domininan Republic (which isn't Dominica, by the way, Google it!).

C172 VH-ITY that I believe is used as a fire spotter operated by Secure Air Services pty. I can only assume that it is based at Melbourne Essendon, but I don't know for sure. Essendon is YMEN.

Here's an image of it at Shepparton, YSHT.
