Hydro Quebec operates two Dash 8-400's and one Dash 8-300 to airfields within the province of Quebec.   They rely on these Dash 8's to transport employees to locations within the province.

Hydro Quebec operates more than 60 hydroelectric generating stations, making them one of the largest hydroelectricity producers in the world. Close to 100% of electricity is generated using water.
Energy is delivered to customers across Québec and other export markets.

These aircraft spend a fair bit of time on the ground, including the weekends where they are not operating and undergo some maintenance.
