Argentinian C172 LV-HVP that is based close to Buenos Aires at a non-ICAO airfield designated AR-0399, and called General Rodriguez - Ildefonso Durana (or just "Durana" to its friends). Argentina must surely be the land of generals and generalissimos.
If you don't want to make the airport for FS, you'll probably have to base it some distance away at San Fernando (SADF).
