A 172 based at Durban Virginia airport in South Africa - blue fuselage, tiny red stripe, reg, that's all.

It is only vaguely realistic because the real aircraft does not have blue wings, blue horizontal stabilizer etc, and has a checkerboard pattern on the mainplane (which can be made by block text if you have unlimited patience).
