Where can I get the flight plan for Polish Air Ambulance?  No luck with any of the sites that I searched last night.

You can use mine. These are not professional plans and I created it for my own needs - there is no data available at flightradar24.
Currently, the pilots are carrying out training flights and from the photos I saw they fly outside EPWA on EPLL (Łódź) and EPBY (Bydgoszcz)
