Forum members' repaints / British Columbia GA
« on: December 20, 2025, 10:46:54 PM »
A selection of AI aircraft based in the Okanagan Valley, primarily at Kelowna, but also at other local airports such as Penticton, Vernon, and Kamloops. Just to get a bit of activity in an otherwise fairly quiet patch. About 84 repaints, most of which require Henry Tomkiewicz's payware Cessnas package, and if you want the Robinson helicopters to operate, also the discontinued Just Flight helicopters package. You will need to improve your parking!

Cargo / Carson Air Metroliners
« on: November 13, 2025, 09:54:40 PM »
Paints for the seven Metroliners operated by Carson Air and based at Calgary, and registered at Transport Canada in late 2025. These come with a flightplan based on Flightradar history. In fact, two!

They're painted on the venerable DJC/Craig Ritchie model.

One flightplan uses the entire fleet of seven over the course of a week, leaving at least five parked at Calgary every day of the week. The other operates the same schedule using just two aircraft, as the two main freight runs don't exactly overtax the fleet too much. Aircraft will occasionally visit Kelowna for heavy maintenance, but as these are weekly plans for the actual freight runs, I've not made any of those rare trips.

Forum members' repaints / Cessna 208B Caravan (amphibian) C-GRUC
« on: November 13, 2025, 09:46:13 PM »
A Manitoba based Caravan on floats that is based at Lac du Bonnet, but which I've based at a nearby "proper" airfield as it's an amphibian and there are more land airfields than watery ones.

It's owned by the company "3097488".

I've supplied some 52-week plans. These move the aircraft fairly locally but it also branches out to places such as Winnipeg, Regina, and out to Kelowna over the course of a year.

Forum members' repaints / Cessna 185F C-GYFW
« on: October 04, 2025, 10:50:40 PM »
A Cessna 185F amphibian that is (maybe "was") based at Kelowna. "Was" because it was substantially damaged in a water landing 11 September 2025). The extent of its injuries is not yet known, but it flipped inverted into the lake (the pilot is okay).

It's here anyway.

Forum members' repaints / Cessna 180 C-FADO
« on: October 04, 2025, 10:45:21 PM »
A Cessna 180, C-FADO, based at Kelowna. This is painted on the HTAI Cessna 185 as he made no model for the 180, which in real life has a smaller tailfin (because it has a less powerful engine).

Forum members' repaints / Southern Interior Flight Center
« on: August 31, 2025, 12:36:04 AM »
A group of Cessna 172s operated by the Southern Interior Flight Center based at Kelowna airport, BC. Four 172S and a single 172N. They come with complementary 52-week flightplans that you can use with a swapper available at Flightsim.com, or just pick one you take a fancy to.

Interestingly, SIFC is related to Carson Air, a significant medevac operator in the BC region.

Forum members' repaints / RFAI Dassault Falcon 900A Jet Aviaton HB-JIN
« on: August 26, 2025, 10:38:11 PM »
A rendering of Jet Aviation's Falcon 900 (no winglets, but an antenna) HB-JIN.

David Rawlins created an awesome metal effect for this model that has added a lot of depth to metallic textures. This made HB-JIN worth a try. Here is that try.

Forum members' repaints / RFAI Dassault Falcon 900WA Salzburg Jet OE-IYY
« on: August 26, 2025, 10:30:27 PM »
Repaint of OE-IYY, a Falcon 900 winglet/antenna model operated by Salzburg Jet. I've released other repaints of this aircraft, however David Rawlins has created a magic metallic effect that I think improves the look. If you have the earlier model and agree with me, it's just a drop-in texture replacement.

Forum members' repaints / KCAI C56X 4x US aircraft
« on: July 24, 2025, 10:21:49 PM »
Attached here are four aircraft registered in the USA, N804PF, N336XL, N885BB (all with liveries based on a previous Argentinian repaint, LV-CBK, which is also here having had a minor modification to the engine livery).

There's also a different livery pattern, on N1867M.

Some of these aircraft may have moved on, my checks suggest that they are current. N804PF used to be operated by Delta Private Jets, which is now absorbed into Wheels Up, so there may have been ownership changes over time. So, 5 liveries, 4 US and one Argentinian that is a revision.
